All SHD Crystal crystal glass products are delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning the recipient does not need to bear any additional customs or VAT charges when the package arrives at the destination country. Customers can also choose other shipping terms or methods, such as Ex-Works, DDU, CIF, DAP, etc.
We provide express services such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, or you can arrange shipments using your shipping account.

Instructions for undelivered or uncollected orders
If you refuse to accept the delivery of your order, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of returning the product to our warehouse from your refund.
